Q: Is this program right for me?
This program is for anyone who wants to learn how to decrease stress and increase energy to start making your life goals come true. I’ll walk you through the entire program step by step and be there to support you along the way.
Q: How much time will I need to put into this?
This program will take approximately 11 minutes of your time each day. It’s specifically designed to fit into your busy schedule.
Q: Do I need any special gear or equipment?
Nope! Just some comfortable clothes, a little bit of floor space, access to some kind of computer or phone to watch the videos and tune into the coaching sessions— and a positive attitude😉
Q: When does the program start?
Public enrollment is currently closed and the waitlist is filling up, but I’m opening up a few spots just for Dr Love Listeners at a special price (only until Dec 1st) for the next program starting January 8th, 2020.
Q: Do I need any prior experience in chi gong, BodyTalk, or other alternative health practices?
No, this program is open to everyone! Although I do teach other advanced courses that require prior training, this program in particular is designed to help anyone who is wanting positive results for their own life.
